Tracey Rideout

Originally from the Toronto area, Tracey is a Lean Agile Coach and Consultant based out of Austin, TX. She has over 15 years of experience in IT leadership in software development, operations, and IT governance in both the public and private sectors.

A champion for agility and continuous improvement, she has led multiple transformation initiatives and has coached teams on continuous improvement and change management.

Throughout her classes she will encourage participants to think about how they may apply what they are learning to their own organizational context and how they may navigate change.
